Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Iridoria, a domain name monitoring platform published by JDevelop SARL. By using the service, you accept these terms in their entirety.
Registration and Account
Access to the service requires creating an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
Pricing and Payment
Iridoria offers several pricing plans, including a free plan. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are shown in euros including tax. You can change your plan or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service in a fair manner consistent with its intended purpose. The following activities are prohibited:
- Using the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Attempting to overload, disrupt, or compromise the service infrastructure
- Automating access to the service through unauthorized means (scraping, bots)
- Reselling or redistributing access to the service without authorization
Intellectual Property
The Iridoria service, its source code, design, and content are the exclusive property of JDevelop SARL. RDAP data accessed through the service is provided by domain registries and remains subject to their respective terms.
Liability
Iridoria is a monitoring and notification service. We do not guarantee the actual registration of a domain name. The service is provided "as is". JDevelop SARL shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including the loss of a domain name.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. JDevelop SARL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these Terms, without notice or compensation.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law. The reference language is French.
Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts of Toulouse (France) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
